Masters Inter County Championships

The Inter County Championships is the largest competition that we run with more than 2,000 players representing their counties in 22 categories throughout the season across senior, masters and junior categories. Dependent upon which category, there can be multiple divisions, from Premier to Division 2.

The Masters Championships provide competitive opportunities for players beyond club level in a team environment, and the opportunity to represent their county.

Key dates

• Stage 1 will be held on 4 and 5 March.
• The Finals will be held on 15 and 16 April (venue TBC).

• All groups and host counties have been drawn at random. Host counties for each group are asked to arrange a suitable venue and schedule over the weekend.
• The format for stage 1 and subsequent stage 2/ finals is in the table below. In the instance of best runners up going through to the finals group, the process used to work this out will be the best difference between games for and games against over the matches played.
